When she declined, he took her keys and drove away with her vehicle. The vehicle was then entered into the NCIC as stolen. On 1/18, officers were dispatched to T-Mobile regarding a dispute. Employees reported that a customer became irate when he learned they could not assist him with an issue related to his broken phone, and that, due to company policy, they could not remove the SIM card from the device. In frustration, the customer punched his phone, which was sitting on the counter, and yelled profanities. As he was leaving, he spat at the employee, and the saliva landed on his shoe. The employees did not wish to file complaints but requested that the customer be trespassed. The customer was identified and informed that he was no longer welcome inside the store. He was advised that if he returned, he would be charged with trespassing. No further assistance was needed.
On 1/19, a resident of Prince Street reported that someone stole his vehicle while it was warming up outside. The vehicle has been entered as stolen in the NCIC database. The incident is still under investigation.
On 1/19, a resident of Beech Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance inside the home. A court date is pending.
