On 9/17, a Myrtle Avenue resident was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment, breach of peace, and trespassing after causing a disturbance at the residence. Court date pending.

On 9/17, officers observed a male walking down N. Broad Street who was known to have an active warrant for his arrest. Upon seeing the police, the suspect began to run behind the Lukoil Gas Station. The suspect was apprehended and placed under arrest. In addition to his warrant, he was charged with resisting arrest by flight, aggravated assault on a police officer, and obstruction of law. The male was lodged in the Salem County Jail, pending his court date.

On 9/18, a Cooper Street property owner was issued a summons for failing to obtain a certificate of occupancy after notice was given in August. The court date is pending.

On 9/19, a West Deptford resident was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, breach of peace, and possession of an open container of alcohol after an altercation in a parking lot behind a property on S. Broad Street. The court date is pending.

On 9/19, an Allen Street resident was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Court date pending.

On 9/19, a resident of Woodland Avenue reported that their motorcycle had been stolen overnight while parked at the rear of their property. The motorcycle was entered as stolen in the NCIC database. On 9/22, Mt. Ephraim Police recovered the stolen motorcycle and arrested the suspect. The motorcycle was removed from the NCIC database, and the owner was informed of the location where the motorcycle was towed and being held.
