On 2/1, a North Bayard Avenue resident was charged with Simple Assault as the result of a domestic incident that occurred at the residence. Court date pending.

On 2/1, a Holroyd Place resident reported her wallet stolen from inside her parked vehicle. The incident is under investigation.

On 2/2, officers were dispatched to Woodlake Apartments for a disturbance. The victim advised that her boyfriend damaged her sister’s vehicle. A few minutes later, the subject was located and placed under arrest. The male was charged with criminal mischief and possession of CDS before being turned over to the Camden County Jail for an active warrant. The court date is pending.

On 2/2, an Atlantic City resident reported to the detectives that in October 2023 he paid more than $1,000 to a Woodbury Heights resident for fishing equipment. The subject has been making excuses for not sending the equipment or refunding his money. After investigating and speaking with the suspect multiple times, the detectives charged him with Theft by Deception, as he failed to refund the customer’s money despite saying he would and was given several opportunities to do so. Court date pending.

On 2/3, a Watkins Avenue resident was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Breach of Peace, and Lewdness after causing a disturbance in the area of North Broad and Dickerson Streets. Court date pending.

On 2/4, an N. Evergreen Ave. resident was charged with Robbery, Simple Assault, Theft, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon after police were dispatched to the location for a domestic incident. Court date pending.
