On 8/1 a Merchantville resident was issued summonses for Driving with a Suspended License and Unlicensed Driver as the result of a traffic stop in the area of Woodlake Apartments.
On 8/2 a S. Broad Street resident was observed speeding in the area of N. Broad St and E. Packer Street. The driver was found to have an active warrant for their arrest. The driver was ROR’d by the issuing juris and released with a summons for Speeding. Court dates pending.
On 8/2 officers were dispatched to the area of 34 S. Broad Street for the report of two males fighting. Both men were placed under arrest and charged with Breach of Peace, Disorderly Conduct, and Improper Crossing of Roadway. Court dates pending.
On 8/2 a Penns Grove resident was charged with Simple Assault as the result of a DV incident that occurred at a N. Broad Street residence. Court date pending.
On 8/3 a Woodbury Heights resident was observed walking in the area of N. Broad Street and W. Red Bank Avenue with an open container of alcohol. The alcohol was properly disposed of and a summons for Possession of Open Container was issued. Court date pending.
On 8/3 a Williamstown resident and a Laurel Springs resident were charged with Conceal Merchandise and Disorderly Conduct as the result of Shoplifting $700.00 worth of CVS merchandise. Court dates pending.
On 8/5 a Camden resident was issued summonses for Possession of Open Container of Alcohol and Consumption of Alcohol. Court date pending.
On 8/5 a Woodbury resident was charged with Obstruction of Administrative Law as the result of an incident that occurred inside a Myrtle Ave residence. Court date pending.
On 8/6 a Myrtle Ave resident reported someone rummaged through his vehicle overnight. No suspects at this time.
