On 1/23, a Myrtle Ave. resident was charged with DUI. Court date pending.

On 1/24, a resident of Delaware Street was charged with disorderly conduct, breach of peace, occupancy standards/nuisance at a rental unit, and simple assault after causing a disturbance at the residence. Court date is pending.

On 1/25, a CVS customer advised officers they observed a male taking items from the shelves and placing them into a bag. The male left without paying for the items. The store manager advised the male stole approximately $100.00 in merchandise, and that he didn’t want to sign complaints or ban the male if he was identified. No further police assistance was required.

On 1/26, a Sicklerville resident was charged with contempt of court as the result of violating a final restraining order. Court date pending.

On 1/28, a Lincoln Street resident was observed shoplifting from Acme. The woman was arrested, charged with shoplifting, and banned from the store. A court date is pending.
