On 2/21, the owner of Essence KJ Beauty Supply in Woodbury Heights reported a shoplifting incident to the police. According to the owner, a female entered the store, took a bottle of hair oil, and left without paying for the product. The shoplifter, identified as a resident of Paulsboro, was charged with shoplifting. The court date is still pending.
