On 4/10 Officers responded to a Woodbury residence for a dispute. A TRO was granted and one of the parties was required to leave. Court date pending.

On 4/11 during a traffic stop it was learned the driver, a Camden resident, had an active warrant for his arrest. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters where he was processed and released with summonses for Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License, Use of a Cell Phone while Driving, and Improper Display of License Plate. Court date is pending.

On 4/11 several vehicle owners throughout the City were sent Abandon Vehicle warning letters via USPS. Follow up will be conducted in the coming days.

On 4/12 Family Dollar employee reported a shoplifting. A male enters the store empty handed and leaves carrying Tide Pod Detergent. Officers were able to identify and charge the male with Shoplifting. Court date pending.
On 4/13 a Woodbury resident was arrested for Contempt of Court due to an incident at a High Street residence. The male was issued additional summonses for Disorderly Conduct, and Breach of Peace before being turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department. Court date pending.

On 4/13 Officers responded to an unwanted person call on Crescent Avenue. The subject was found to have an active warrant for his arrest and placed under arrest. The male was turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department. Court date pending.

On 4/13 a Walnut Street resident reported his vehicle stolen from his driveway. The vehicle was located a few days later. Incident remains under investigation.

On 4/14 a Woodbury resident was issued a traffic citation for Creating a Risk of a Motor Vehicle Accident after causing a motor vehicle accident in the area of Mantua Avenue and S. Evergreen Avenue. Court date pending.

On 4/14 a Woodbury resident reported someone attempted to open several bank accounts using her personal information. The bank cancelled the accounts after speaking with the victim and she just wanted the incident documented.

On 4/15 a Woodbury resident was arrested and charged with Making Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault due to causing a disturbance at a S. Broad Street residence. Court date pending.

On 4/16 a Delran resident turned himself into the Woodbury Police for having several warrants out of Gloucester, Camden and Cumberland Counties. The subject was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

On 4/16 two West Deptford residents were arrested for having active warrants as the result of a traffic stop on S. Broad Street. The passenger was charged with Hindering Apprehension before being turned over to the Greenwich Township Police Department. The driver was issued several traffic summonses before being released with a new court date.
